Tehnicom Construction competes the whole process of “production” of residential and other structures and has the full control over following phases:

• obtaining the construction land
• regulation of property and legal matters with regards to the land
• work out of proper technical documentation (designing) in accordance with the officialy issued urban conditions
• obtaining building permit and other necessary permissions from various institutions
• technical acceptance and obtaining the inspection certificate

All our structures are of the high quality. Within the residential development, the most used materials are clay block and other massonry which are healthier by their nature, more comfortable for use and better insulators then concrete. The concrete is used to the extend required by the structural stability of the building.

Standard quality of our structures includes face sandwich facade walls, PVC joinery, safety entrance door, interphone installation, video surveyance through the cable TV etc.
