Tehnicom Constructionoccupies with construction, designing and engineering. Apart from residential and business strucutres, the portfolio of the company encompass industrial and sports structures, as well as the hypermarket type structures in Belgrade and surroundings. By the end of 2007 Tehnicom Construction built over 40.000 m2 of business and residential space, relying on its own personnel and equipment potentials. Beside designing and construction, it occupies with technical control, expert survey and engineering for local and foreign partners.
Tehnicom Computers is the system integrator in the field of IT and communication technology. It offers services of building of the information system, from consulting, hardware delivery and net installation, designing and implementing of adequate software, to maintenance and logistic support. The comparative advantage lies in the possibility of our clients to obtain the service by “turn-key” system. The partners of Tehnicom Computers are world's famous equipment and software producers such as: IBM, Lenovo, HP, CISCO, Microsoft, APC etc. It has long-standing contracts and partner status with each of the above producers. Within Tehnicom Computers-a from recently operates web design team as well, which offers services of web programing and design, content management system, Internet technologies consulting and printing design.
Zvezda city oaza, sports and recreative center in Ada Ciganlija includes: fitness i wellness center, the biggest indoor football field in the city, sand volleyball field, five tennis couts, rowing sculls, Marina Club marina, cruising boat, “Bal na vodi” restaurant, Zvezda Oasis children's nursery, sports shop “Sporteh” and other additional contents. Sinteh is a trade company having as its main activity sale of the safety systems. The assortment includes hotel and office locks suitable for both service companies (fitness&wellness centers, hotels, public toilets, ski tracks etc.) and modern business spaces. T-Mont is the factory for prestressed hollow concrete mezzanine stauncheons and plates of the ECHO system. The secondary activity regards the production of fresh concrete.
